Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 3-4 dried red chilies
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked white rice, for serving

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the chicken and stir fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
