  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a doughnut pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, apple cider, Greek yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Spoon batter into prepared doughnut pan, filling each well about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until doughnuts spring back when lightly pressed.
