Ingredients

  • 1 lb chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb kale, stems removed and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pot, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned. Remove the chorizo and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until tender.
