  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

  11. Add the chicken back into the skillet and stir to coat the chicken with the sauce.
