Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 head lettuce, washed and leaves separated
  • Optional toppings: blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery, ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
