Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic, ginger, hot sauce, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for a stronger flavor.

- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the marinated spicy pork chops with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
