Ingredients

  • 1 pound of spaghetti
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package directions.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the garlic and sauté for about two minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
