- 2 pounds shucked oysters
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and trim the edges.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
