- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic.
- Place the beef tips in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat the beef tips evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes or refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef tips and cook for 4-6 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the beef tips from the skillet and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and red onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they are slightly softened.
- To assemble the salad, divide the mixed greens onto serving plates. Top with the cooked beef tips, sautéed bell peppers and red onion, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
