Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the sour cream mixture over the top. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken breasts for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
