Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, stirring occasionally to break up the meat.
  2. Drain off any excess grease and transfer beef to a slow cooker.
  3. Add bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, onion, pickles, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir to combine and cover with the lid.
  5. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve with cut-up vegetables, chips, or crackers.
