Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cranberry juice
  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup of apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup of pear, diced
  • 1/2 cup of cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, honey, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the diced apples, pears, cranberries, raisins, walnuts, and brown sugar. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature.
  5. Strain the mixture into a large punch bowl.
  6. Add in the cinnamon sticks, stir, and serve.
