  • 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  5. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  6. Place the ribs on the preheated grill or smoker and cook for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
  7. Brush the ribs with the smoky glaze during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
  8. Remove the ribs from the grill or smoker and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the Smoke and Ginger ribs hot, and enjoy!
