Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup beef broth

Directions

  6. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and fully incorporated into the chili.
  7. Serve the chili hot with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and sliced jalapenos.
