Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
  2. Grease the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
  4. Once the meatloaf is cooked through, remove it from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
