4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix together with a fork to combine.
In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Then dip into the egg mixture, coating it completely. Finally, dip into the flour mixture again, making sure to coat completely. Place on a plate.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the chicken strips and cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
