Ingredients
- 2 pounds firm white fish such as cod, halibut, or haddock
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

Directions
- Place the fish, onion, garlic, potatoes, broth, evaporated milk, cream, thyme, and salt and pepper in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
- Stir in the parsley and serve.
