Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  2. Transfer the chicken to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
