Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef or chicken stock

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and oil until smooth.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until there are no lumps.
  5. Pour the batter into a pre-greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  6. Pour the stock into the baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is cooked through.
