Ingredients
1 pound linguine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the white wine and butter and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Add the shrimp back to the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the shrimp scampi pasta with fresh parsley and enjoy!
