Ingredients
1 pound of linguine
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup of white wine
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the linguine and cook until al dente, about 7 minutes.
Drain the linguine and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp and cook until just pink, about 2 minutes per side.
Add the tomatoes, garlic, and red pepper flakes and cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately.
