1 cup (250 ml) shredded Canadian Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoons (30 ml) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon (15 ml) freshly chopped chives or green onion
2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Assorted crackers and/or vegetables, for serving
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chives, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
Serve the cheese spread with crackers and/or vegetables.
