Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) shredded Canadian Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) freshly chopped chives or green onion
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Assorted crackers and/or vegetables, for serving
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chives, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- Serve the cheese spread with crackers and/or vegetables.
