Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (16 ounce) jar of your favorite salsa
- 1 (16 ounce) container of sour cream
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced jalapeños
- 1 (8 ounce) package of guacamole mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package of shredded cheese
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can of sliced black olives
- 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- Spread the refried beans in an even layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the salsa over the refried beans in an even layer.
- Spread the sour cream over the salsa in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the diced green chiles over the sour cream in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the jalapeños over the green chiles in an even layer.
- Mix the guacamole mix according to the package instructions and spread it over the jalapeños in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the guacamole in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the black olives over the cheese in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the green onions over the black olives in an even layer.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
