Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1 (16 ounce) container of sour cream
  • 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced jalapeños
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of guacamole mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of shredded cheese
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can of sliced black olives
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Spread the refried beans in an even layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the salsa over the refried beans in an even layer.
  3. Spread the sour cream over the salsa in an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle the diced green chiles over the sour cream in an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the jalapeños over the green chiles in an even layer.
  6. Mix the guacamole mix according to the package instructions and spread it over the jalapeños in an even layer.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the guacamole in an even layer.
  8. Sprinkle the black olives over the cheese in an even layer.
  9. Sprinkle the green onions over the black olives in an even layer.
  10. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Serve with tortilla chips.
