Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and melted coconut oil until everything is evenly mixed.
  2. Add the chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture out and roll it into balls.
  4. Place the balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set the balls.
