Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and melted coconut oil until everything is evenly mixed.
- Add the chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips and stir to combine.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture out and roll it into balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set the balls.
