Ingredients
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups pea shoots
2 heads of bok choy, sliced
1/2 cup Asian reduced-fat dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper and place on grill.
Cook shrimp for 3 minutes per side until shrimp is cooked through.
Remove from grill and let cool.

Add dressing and toss to coat.
