Ingredients
- 2 tuna steaks, about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Cooking oil, for frying
Directions
- In a shallow dish, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds, and garlic powder.
- Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
- When the oil is hot, add the tuna steaks. Fry for about 3 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
