2 tuna steaks, about 6 ounces each
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Cooking oil, for frying
Directions
In a shallow dish, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds, and garlic powder.
Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
