In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper and jalapeno pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Add the crawfish and tomatoes, and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the cream and cheese, and cook for 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Stir in the cilantro and crushed chips.
Serve hot with chips.
