Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab, etc)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Lettuce, tomatoes, and other toppings of your choice

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked seafood, mayonnaise, celery, onion, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the seafood mixture on two slices of bread.
  5. Top with lettuce, tomato, and other toppings of your choice.
  6. Top with remaining slices of bread.
  7. Enjoy your seafood sandwich!
