Directions
- In a food processor, combine the pumpkin puree, tahini, olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt. Pulse until everything is combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the water and process until the hummus is creamy and smooth.
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl and serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
