Ingredients
4 cups of chicken broth
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 cup of diced celery
1 cup of diced onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and sesame oil to a boil.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch, soy sauce, and rice vinegar together until combined.
Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the boiling broth, stirring continuously.
Add the beaten eggs to the broth, stirring constantly.
Add the carrots, celery, and onions to the broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
