Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, halved
- 1 red bell pepper, halved and seeded
- 1 cucumber, halved
- 1 small red onion, halved
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions
