Ingredients
1/2 pound of prosciutto, cut into strips
2 pears, cored and sliced
1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup of olive oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine prosciutto strips, pears, and walnuts. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove from oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
