Robo-S Savory Jalapeno Mozzarella Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup jalapeno, minced
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
4. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture.
5. Stir in the jalapeno and mozzarella cheese.
6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
8. Remove to cool on wire racks.
