In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, bread crumbs, diced onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Form into four equal sized patties and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
While the patties are baking, make the gravy by combining the cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, chicken broth, and cornstarch in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Stir until the mixture is thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in the butter.
Serve the patties with the gravy.
