Ingredients
4 portabello mushrooms
1 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Brush the mushrooms with the olive oil mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
Serve and enjoy!
