Ingredients
- 3-4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves roasted garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour potato mixture into the baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown on top.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
