Ingredients

  • 10-12 pound bone-in smoked ham
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Place ham in a roasting pan, fat side up.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, maple syrup, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mustard mixture over the ham, covering the entire surface.
  5. Roast in preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes, then increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F and roast for an additional 1 hour.
  6. Remove ham from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
