Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 package unflavored gelatin

- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup fruit chunks (optional)
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemonade.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for a minute to soften.
- Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin has dissolved completely.
- Add the sugar and water to the saucepan and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

- Place the tray or mold in the freezer and let the Eskimo Cubes set for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
