Ingredients
2 cups red cabbage, shredded
1 apple, cored and diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the red cabbage, apple, red onion, and parsley. Mix to combine.
