Ingredients

  • 2 Tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups steamed vegetables

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix raspberry jam, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Place Tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour raspberry sauce over the top.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
  5. Serve with steamed vegetables.
