  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
