- 1 pound firm tofu, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/2 pound ground pork

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
