Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool before serving.
- This pie is best served chilled.
- You can top it off with whipped cream or a lemon glaze.
- This pie can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
