Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
      2. In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and salt until smooth.
      3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
      4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
      5. Remove from oven and cool before serving.
