Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the chicken strips in the flour mixture to coat.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
