Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey, garlic, and onion until turkey is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in oregano, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, peas and carrots, and mushroom soup. Cook and stir until heated through.
- Spread turkey mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes over turkey mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
