Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooked rice, for serving
Directions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Add pork slices and marinate for 10 minutes.
