Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and cook until fragrant and onion is translucent.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
