Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the pecans, oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar, flour, and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pumpkin mixture is bubbling.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
