Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the pecans, oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar, flour, and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the pumpkin mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pumpkin mixture is bubbling.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
