1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh chilli, chopped
500g cooked prawns
2 cups cooked rice

1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Directions
Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over a medium-high heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the chilli and prawns, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the peas and sesame oil, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
