Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chilli, chopped
  • 500g cooked prawns
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over a medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chilli and prawns, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the peas and sesame oil, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
