Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chilli, chopped
- 500g cooked prawns
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over a medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chilli and prawns, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the peas and sesame oil, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
