Ingredients
- 2 large Russet potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (olives, peppers, onions, etc)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and flour. Mix until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour olive oil onto the parchment paper and spread with a spoon or spatula to cover the surface.
- Dump the potato mixture onto the parchment paper and spread out into a flat circle, about a 1/4" thick. Bake for 20 minutes until potatoes are golden brown.
- Remove the potato crust from the oven and spread tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
