- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the pork, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the diced apple and mix until evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- When the meatballs are cooked through, reduce the heat to low and add the apple cider. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot.
